This basin sump alarm is a battery operated audio alarm that is designed to be used in sump basins. It uses a float
actuated sensor that mounts to the pump discharge pipe or clamps on a standard vertical float (shown, but not sup-
plied with alarm).
If a potentially threatening liquid level condition occurs, the alarm horn will sound warning of the high water condition.
The alarm will remain on until the condition is remedied or the battery is disconnected. The expected life of a fresh
alkaline battery during a continuous alarm condition is approximately 72 hours.
